This process inculcates critical HPL properties likes strong bonding strength, better resistance to boiling water & stains and improved dimensional stability and use of imported overlay makes Stylam laminates highly scratch resistant.

Stylam Metallic laminates
Stylam Metallic (metal foil) laminates provides a modern decorative and innovative appeal to your interiors. Stylam Metallic laminates are manufactured with high quality metalized Aluminum Foil of 0.1mm thickness specially imported. This foil is uniformly bonded with phenolic saturated kraft and the pack is baked and toughened under special heat and high pressure parameters. These metallic laminates are recommended only for vertical applications as they have relatively lower wear resistance as compared to Standard grade Laminates. These metallic laminates are available in wide range of colours and standard sizes of 1220 x 2440 mm to 1220 x 3050 in special finishes.

Stylam Compact Laminates
Stylam Industries Limited has been awarded European CE Certification for its both Internal and External application Compact laminates range by ITC Inc., Czech Republic and has fulfilled all requirements as applicable as per EN 438-7:2005. Stylam Industries Limited is the first laminate manufacturer in India and among very few in the world to be awarded this coveted certification.
Stylam Compact laminates are available in the options of all Brown cores, all black cores and sandwiched design cores. Exterior Grade Laminates
Stylam Exterior Grade laminatesare manufactured by using special UV protective layer on top of the design surface of compacts to withstand adverse action of atmospheric Ultra Violet Rays and to withstand exterior atmospheric effects with minimum fading of colours. Apart from the coveted CE certification, Stylam Exterior grade laminates have also been certified with ETB certificationfor conformance to Exterior Balcony application by MPA BAU Laboratory, Germany.
Stylam Exterior Grade laminates are also used for building cladding as well as temporary houses/site-offices systems.
Fire-Retardant Laminates
Stylam Fire Retardant Grade Laminates and compacts are manufactured by impregnating papers with special grade of phenolic resin having imported fire retardant chemicals in its composition. This special resin formula ensures high resistance to the flame propagation. These Laminates ensures immediate full extinguish as soon as the flame source is removed thus eliminates the risk of toxic smoke. Stylam Fire Retardant Grade Laminates have been certified conforming to Euroclass-B requirement by Applus Laboratory, Spain. These laminates are designed for use requiring flame and smoke resistance in all modern day furniture and industrial applications.
Stylam Post Forming Laminates
Stylam Post Forming Laminates are manufactured under controlled reaction process conditions. In this process, though the resin is allowed to cure fully but the reaction is controlled in such a way that laminates easily takes the contour of the curved surface with application of heat and pressure without cracking. These laminates also retain the same properties as general purpose laminate along with post-forming properties. Stylam Post Forming Laminates adds the decorative property to the edge of any laminate surface, whereby removing seams.
Available in wide range of sizes from 1220 x 2440 mm to 1300 x 3050, Stylam Post Forming Laminates are intended for use on vertical and horizontal interior surfaces where it is necessary that the laminate rolls in a simple radius over the edges of the substrate with no seams around edges and a smooth evenly laminated, attractive surface. The major applications include edges of counters, desktops, cabinet doors and drawer panels etc.
Stylam Industrial Laminates
Stylam Industrial laminates include Drill and Entry Boards in both Phenolic and Melamine faced surfaces. Stylam phenolic and melamine faced Drill and Entry Boards are manufactured from phenolic and melamine resin formulation having special chemical additives that ensure clear drill holes and minimum of burr during special technical purpose application of the PCB drilling. Those boards are used in the assembly at both drill entry and drill backup levels for protecting the drill bead while drilling the PCBs.
